Training Plans


Training plans are programmed based on your fitness level and current goals.  I can program through your monthly membership and 8 or 16 week programs. Personal training sessions are available in person or via phone or Skype to best suit your schedule and to help you reach your fitness goals.

If you are comfortable with your current nutrition and just looking for a structured training program to follow, this option is for you. I will provide you with weekly routines and adjust them along the way to ensure you are getting the most out of your workouts and taking the most effective way to reach your goals.

How Training Plans Work:

  1. Client Consultation- In order to work with you, I first need to understand where you are at currently. This consultation will cover your basic health information, current fitness routine, and personal goals.
  2. Training Plan Development- Using the information you provide me I will create a personalized plan catered to your individual goals.
  3. Personal Implementation- Once a plan is provided I will work to educate through the training program, setup a workout schedule, and give you tips and tricks to working though you plan.
  4. Reflection, Goals, and Adjustments- Monthly we will review your current plan, set goals for the following month, and make any needed adjustments.
