Nutrition Coaching


Nutrition Coaching is done through a monthly membership or per session.  Nutrition coaching appointments are 1 hour sessions available in person, via phone, or Skype. You may schedule them in monthly, weekly or bi-weekly increments — whatever works best for your lifestyle and goals. This includes your macro split and correlating meal plan with monthly adjustments.

This option is for those who are interested in learning as they do. Being a monthly member allows you to contact me whenever with questions and concerns. I will also provide you with a customized meal plan and weekly grocery lists to leave no room for error as you work to achieve your goals.

How Nutrition Coaching Works:

  1. Client Consultation- In order to work with you, I first need to understand where you are at currently. This consultation will cover your basic health information, nutrition habits, and personal goals.
  2. Nutrition Plan Development- Using the information you provide me I will create a personalized plan catered to your individual goals.
  3. Personal Implementation- Once a plan is provided I will work to educate through the process and give step-by-step strategies to overcome obstacles.
  4. Reflection, Goals, and Adjustments- Monthly we will review your current plan, set goals for the following month, and make any needed adjustments.
