Basic Macro Split


A Basic Macro Split will provide you with your given macronutrients in correlation to you current age, weight, and height. They will also reflect your current goals and training program. This includes three follow-ups once the plan is implemented.

I recommend this for someone who is just getting into macro-counting or someone who has zig-zag dieted. Establishing your goals and correlating your macros to them is truly the best place to start. Once your metabolic rate is consistent, more options become available. If you choose this option, I will follow-up with you once every month for three months, at that point we can explore more advanced options.
