Basic Macro Split
A Basic Macro Split will provide you with your given macronutrients in correlation to you current age, weight, and height. They will also reflect your current goals and training program. This includes three monthly follow-ups once the plan is implemented.
Nutrition Coaching is done through a monthly membership or per session. Nutrition coaching appointments are 1 hour sessions available in person, via phone, or Skype. You may schedule them in monthly, weekly or bi-weekly increments — whatever works best for your lifestyle and goals. This includes your macro split and correlating meal plan with monthly adjustments.
Training plans are programmed based on your fitness level and current goals. I can program through your monthly membership and 8 or 16 week programs. Personal training sessions are available in person or via phone or Skype to best suit your schedule and to help you reach your fitness goals.
Personalized programs include both nutrition coaching and training plans. They can be provided through your monthly membership and 8 or 16 week programs. Total fitness and nutrition involves and integrated approach that is dynamic, multidimensional, and relates to each client specifically.
