Isolated Leg Day

I love leg day! I love it so much I have two a week! One day I focus mainly on Olympic lifting: Squats, Deadlifts, Cleans, Snatches, Lunges, the other day I focus on isolated leg work found below. I feel this is a great way to maintain balance with your leg training, instead of getting bored with just the basics. Try these as body weight moves or hold dumbells for extra resistance!

 

Single leg step ups
Single leg deadlifts
Single leg sit to stand
Single leg hamstring bridges
8×4

Single leg lunges
Curtsey lunges
Side lunges
12×3
